A startup that is looking to launch a software as a service (SaaS) desktop web app for companies to use internally for their onboarding process. My task was to research the market to determine the needs of the business to propose an MVP.
To create a basic app MVP concept in 2 weeks. The project involved designing 3 different dashboards for 3 key users: HR managers, managers and new employees. Because of the time limit it was very important to select the most important features for all 3 basic users. MVP should be a simple quick win with an opportunity for future growth.
I gained artifacts during field research. Thanks to very detailed insights I could pinpoint the most important needs of potential Onboardly users. I also run one run of testing to make sure that the prototype is ready for presentation.
